Melissa Fernandez-Klingseisen joined Baird in October 2025 as the Operations Assistant for the West Bend Branch.
She has over a decade of administrative experience, with four years in life insurance services, supporting advisors and clients with strong organizational and operational expertise.A people‑focused business professional, Melissa is passionate about efficiency, service, and meaningful work. She values Baird’s commitment to putting clients first and is dedicated to supporting a high‑quality, seamless client experience. She is pleased to be assisting the Fisher Davies Templin Group since early March 2026.
Outside of work, Melissa is a musician who plays the upright bass and enjoys performing bluegrass music with her husband, a singer‑songwriter who inspired her musical journey. She also enjoys cooking, attending the movie theater, and listening to live music. Faith plays a central role in her life, and God is at the heart of her family.
Melissa lives in West Bend with her husband, Noah, and their two children, Amelia and Jeremiah.
