Ian joined Baird as an intern in 2023 and came on full-time with the Fisher Davies Templin Group in the spring of 2025 after graduating from Beloit College, where he majored in Business Economics and minored in Finance. While at Beloit, Ian was also a proud member of the baseball team, helping to lead them to three consecutive NCAA Division III National Tournament appearances.
Ian works closely with clients on their day-to-day needs, assisting with account-related questions and handling operational tasks to help keep things running smoothly. He is a dependable point of contact and takes pride in providing helpful, timely support.
When he’s not in the office, Ian enjoys spending time on the golf course chasing his first hole-in-one, especially on a nice Wisconsin day.
